How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Bid Mailers account and all associated data, please send an email to admin@bidmailers.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Saved addresses and pin data
• Payment method information
• Mailer design templates and preferences

What We May Retain

Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction and billing history (required for tax and accounting compliance)
• Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
